The Azerbaijan Communist Party (on Platform of Marxism-Leninism) (Azerbaijani: Azərbaycan Kommunist Partiyası (Marksizm-Leninizm Platformasında)) is a political party in Azerbaijan.

AKP-MLP was formed in 2000, following a split from the United Communist Party of Azerbaijan.

The party is led by Telman Nurullayev.

AKP-MLP does not participate in election.

The party is affiliated to the Communist Party of the Soviet Union which is led by Oleg Shenin.
